On October 21st 2014, Ms. Tao Qin, Vice General Secretary of China Artists Association communicated with Bérénice Angremy, Cultural Attaché of the Embassy of France on its participation of the 6th Beijing International Art Biennale.
The Vice General Secretary Tao Qin elaborated on the characteristic, the theme of the next session, transportation, participating modes and so on. Beijing Biennale has already been held for 5 sessions since 2003, there are artists from France every session. For example, the works of Arman and Rémy Aron enriched previous Beijing Biennales.
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France, Bérénice Angremy also pays great attention to the cooperation with China Artists Association. She expressed that she would contact with cultural organizations and institutes of art in France for more recommendation of artists to take part in the 6th Beijing International Art Biennale. With the joint efforts of CAA and the Embassy, more high-level contemporary works from France could appear in the 6th Beijing Biennale.
