On October 13th 2014, at the invitation of Mr. Jorge Heine, embassador of Chile in China, Vice General Secretary of China Artists Association Ms Tao Qin paid a visit to the Embassy of Chile and had a talk with him.
The Republic of Chile which stands in the southwest of Latin America, near the Andes in the Est, bordered the Pacific in the West, has heavy cultural heritage and artistic deposits, Jose Venturelli, Robot Matar and so on from Chile are very famous all over the world. The Vice General Secretary Tao Qin elaborated on the characteristic, the theme of the next session, participating modes and so on. Beijing Biennale has already been held for 5 sessions, there are artists from Chile in every session, for exemple, the works about refexion of the time and the life created by Sergio Numan, the landscape of the nature described by Victor Manuel Pavez.
The embassador takes interests in Beijing Biennale appreciate highly Chinese art, he hopes that there will be the Chile Special Exhibition in the next Beijing Biennale, he will write to the concerned organization of his country and encourage representative artists to take part in Beijing Biennale in the name of their government.
