On May 13th, 2014, at the invitation of the 2nd secretary of the Embassy of Slovenia Ms Najzar, the vice general Secretary Tao Qin visited the secretary and had a talk with her.
First of all, the vice General Secretary Tao Qin elaborated the history, the present situation, the prospect of the future, the theme of the next session, and the details for participating the Beijing Biennale. From 2003, we could appreciate the works from Slovenia in every session; the bright color explains perfectly the theme of Beijing Biennale. We hope that under concerted efforts between China Artists Association and the Embassy, there will be more and more excellent works from Slovenia in the future Beijing Biennale.
Ms Najzar has deep impression to the grand occasion of the opening ceremony of the last Beijing Biennale; she will transfer immediately the information of the next Beijing Biennale to the Cultural Ministry of her country, and encourage widely the participation of Slovenian artists.
